Looking to get the most out of the Paired community? Here are some tips to get started:

1. Set up your profile. Upload a photo and fill out your info.
2. RSVP for your first event. 65% of Paired members participate in a community event within a month of joining. That's what we're here for, after all.
3. Share something with the community. Whether a resource, event, open role, ask for a mentor, or offer of advice - it's great to share.
4. Check out the member directory & reach out to someone new. Paired's warm introductions are personalized and double opt-in. Browse the directory and don't be afraid to connect with someone new.
5. Become a full Member. Most of these actions and features are for full members only. Take the plunge - it'll be worth it.
