Paired is a talent platform helping companies fill critical roles, and to do that we use your Personal Information to communicate referrals and expand our network.

Disclosure as Part of Our Referral Network. We may disclose your Personal Information to our Members, to potential referrals, and to potential employers as part of our referral network and talent platform.

We may disclose your Personal Information to respond to legal requirements, to protect or enforce our rights and policies, to protector enforce the rights of a third party, to prevent harm to a person or as required or permitted by law, including, without limitation, to comply with a subpoena or court order.

You may request that Paired delete the Personal Information that it stores about you by emailing info@paired.co. Upon a request to delete your Personal Information, Paired will confirm that it has deleted your Personal Information, to the extent practicable, or if Paired finds that it is necessary to retain your Personal Information to comply with its legal obligations or ensure the continued operation of its services, notify you of that fact.

Paired takes the privacy of your information seriously. I understand that Paired Colorado Inc. (the “Company”) may use, reproduce, distribute, perform, and publicly display my name, photographic likeness, and videography, including, but not limited to, my likeness, image, voice, and/or signature which may appear therein, alone and/or in combination with other works, in print, broadcast and/or all other media, whether known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes. I understand that the Company may edit and alter the photography and videography at the Company’s sole discretion. Any copyright or trademarks in the photography and videography (including extensions and renewals) shall be exclusively the Company’s property. I hereby release and hold harmless the Company and those acting pursuant to its authority from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation in any Company events in reliance of this consent and release.
